 Sit on the bed look deep into each others eyes,
Hold hands while deep in a trance,
Take your time to touch each others skin,
Hug each other twice a day,
Don’t say goodbye without even a kiss ,
Don’t just do a peck on the cheek,

Take a deep breath and put a flame on your lips,
And you’re tongues should be like “electric eels”
Take each other to heaven and back at least twice a week
And once in a car,
Talk to each other at least for an hour’
But not all in one week but once every day, 
Laugh daily at each other and with each other every other day,

Now do go shopping together at least once in a week
Have lunch or dinner at least once for a treat,
Get in the bath together at last’
Don’t forget to wash each others backs’
It stops the Itching now at least,
The seven year Itch I heard it somewhere before!

Now do go to the cinema at least once in a month’ 
And watch a weepie girlie film’
Oh and sometimes with each other,
Cry sometimes and have the odd argument,
Weeping controls and prevents heartache,
Sometimes and once in a while read each others stars,
To guide your path and have a laugh!

Play a game every one should it stimulates your mind and makes you feel good’
Every once in a while have yourself a pillow fight!
Wack each other for hours and then make love for the same, Follow my instructions every day until you’re both grow old and grey!I wrote this lovers manual to keep you in check!
Print it out now and hang it beside you’re bed.

 Typical man!
Take your time to read these lines,
From a typical man and whats inside,
When he was small and an infant in size,
What was his first surprise?
A women’s breasts so soft and nice,
To cuddle and suck the food inside,

And then as a teenager what does he find?
Girls in school with gymslips nice,
Turns the TV on to find sexy women selling cars,
Watching MTV music right just  porn like video selling tripe,

Now you might think ah! sex mad,
But its media culture that makes us like that,
So next time we see Tits and Ass don’t forget where we saw it first,

A women’s breast so soft to touch the silky feel and tenderness
