Chasing Comets

 Chasing Comets

I’d like to chase a comet I’m sure it feels so good,
Chasing through the universe beyond our red hot sun,
The blackness of the open space the planets and the stars,
And if  I had the time I’d really visit mars,
The redness of the planet
The swirling of the dust
I’m on the planets surface now its cool  but there’s no grass,
I’m off to Pluto now and Saturn with its rings ,
Uranus with its crater smashes of asteroids and things,
I’m riding with the comet now riding on its tail,
I’ll soon be passing earth with its awesome deep blue sky
And every now and then I’ll stop and have a think,
Just how large and wonderful our universe really is.
