The Gladiator – p2

Part two of the Gladiator

My ability to kill so very easily,
With one swipe of my sword,
So mercilessly,
My club filled with spikes the skin and the bone,
I’m facing the best of the killers from rome
The killing machines.

One mighty blow of my sword’ he fell to the ground,
And then he looked at me for mercy with those eyes,
The torment the waiting and the noise of the crowd,
The emperors thumb came swiftly down ,
And now the silence the calm and whispering of the crowd,

Kill him they chant! so softly right now’ building up steady’ to a deafening roar,
Kill him right now so deafeningly loud,
So i cut off his head the crowd roared with glee,
The spray from his neck spattered on me,

I’m drenched with the blood of “gladiators” not me ,
I’m drunken with fighting of men falling and dying ,
The smell of dead’ the wounded men dying,
Surrounding me now the pratorian guard,

End of part two – more..
